2 C. Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/2 C. Milk
3 T. Cocoa
1/2 C. Peanut Butter (I use Crunchy)
2 tsp. Vanilla
2-1/2 C. Oatmeal (I use quick oats)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium to large saucepan add sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Cook on medium heat to boiling point (when bubbles meet in the center), then cook for exactly 1-1/2 minutes, and remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla and mix well. Add oatmeal till completely combined. Drop onto wax paper by spoonfuls.

You can omit the cocoa and have peanut butter no bakes (I prefer these).
