Cake:
3 C. Sugar
1-1/2 C. Oil
5 Eggs
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 C. Chopped Pecans
3 C. Grated Zucchini

Icing:
1 Stick Butter (1/2 C.)
2 C. Powdered Sugar (1 box)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cake:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Slowly add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. Mix 3 minutes. Add zucchini (undrained) and stir into batter. Pour into 9”x13” pan that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake for 1 hour.

Icing:
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix till smooth. Spread on warm cake.
