3 TBSP butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz) can minced clams, drained
1/4 lb. processed cheese (or Velveeta), cut into small pieces
4 TBSP ketchup
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP sherry
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, melt butter. Add onion and green pepper. Saute for 3 minutes.
Add clams and remaining ingredients. Cook until cheese melts.
Transfer to chafing dish when ready to serve.
Serve with Melba Toast.
