2 sticks butter
4 egg yolks
1 tsp chicken base (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter to warm, not to boil. In a blender, blend in yolks, lemon juice and chicken base. Slowly blend in butter. If butter is too hot, it will curdle, but still ok to eat. Remember to put a little vinegar in boiling water and put egg in a cup first, then pour into water.
