4 C tomato juice
1/3 C chopped onion
1/4 C chopped celery
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaves
4 whole cloves
1 tsp Lea & Perrins
1/2 tsp Tabasco
2 envelopes ( 2 T) unflavored gelatine
3 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Chill 2 C tomato juice.
In 1 C tomato juice, simmer the chopped onion, chopped celery, brown sugar, salt, bay leaf, cloves,
Lea & Perrins and Tabasco for 5 minutes.
Strain
Soften the unflavored gelatin in 1 C cold tomato juice.
Add the softened gelatin mix to the hot tomato juice mixture.
Add the 2 C of chilled tomato juice along with the lemon juice to the above mixture.
Pour in mold or molds nd chill.
Before molding you can add capers, stuffed green olives or whatever you would prefer
