2 1/2 1.1KG Gold Potatoes peeled , Match stick slices
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 Cup Flour
1 small Onion if Desired
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Egg Beaten

Directions:

Heat Oven to 400º
Put all of ingredients in big Ziploc bag all except the egg, shake to combine. Add 13 by 9 inch glass baking dish. Dust the egg over the top.

Bake 55 min to 1 hour or till golden brown. Let stand 10 min before serving.
