1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. chicken broth
4 c. water
2 large potatoes, diced
1 white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. kale
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large skillet on medium heat.

Combine chicken broth and water in a large pot, stir. Add sausage, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are soft, about 10-15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper. Turn down heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn to low heat and add kale and whipping cream.
