1 (24 oz) carton cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 c butter
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese, salt, eggs, flour and baking power together and drop rounded dough balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F for 15-20 minutes.

While cheese buttons are baking, saute butter and onions. After cheese buttons are done baking, place in casserole dish, add onions and butter. Pour cream over cheese buttons and bake again at 350º F for 20 minutes.
