1 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3 cups cooked turkey
1 package 10 oz frozen mixed veggies
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Crust
3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup ice water

Preheat oven 400º
In bowl combine 1st 4 ingredients
Stir in turkey, vegetables salt and pepper
Spoon into a greased 11x7 baking dish

Crust
Combine potato flakes, flour and parmesan. Cut up butter crumbly. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time
Toss until dough forms a ball
On flour surface roll dough out to fit pan. Cut vents into crust
Place over filling, flute edges. Cover edges with foil so not to burn.
Bake 30 minutes
