1 Flank Steak or round steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. pepper flakes (optional)
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. worcester sauce

Adjust seasonings to taste

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours.
Drain. Pat dry.
Dehydrate until done, 24 - 36 hours or so.
