1 (16 oz) jar peanut butter
2 c crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

2 c chocolate chips & 1/2 t vegetable oil or 1 lb bulk milk chocolate coating chopped

Directions:
Directions:
in a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and cereal. Mixture will be stiff. Chill for at least a couple hours until easy to handle. Roll dough into 1" balls. Chill balls for couple hours. Melt chocolate. Dip balls into melted chocolate, place on waxed paper until chocolate is set.
Chill until ready to serve.
