1 c butter/margarine
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 T honey
2 c flour
1 c very finely chopped walnuts
1 c very finely chopped cranberries
1/4 c honey
1 T sugar
1 t ground cinnamon
2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter & cream cheese on medium-high speed for about 30 seconds. Beat in the 2 T honey until just combined. Beat in flour just until combined. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Cover and chill at least an hour or until easy to handle.
For filling, combine nuts, cranberries, 1/4 c honey, tablespoon sugar and teaspoon of cinnamon in a medium size bowl. Set aside.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper or foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray..
Roll 1 portion of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 9" circle. Spread 1/4 of the filling over circle to within 1/2" of edge. Cut circle into 12 wedges. Starting at wide end roll up each wedge.
Place rolls, point side down, on prepared cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining portions of dough and filling.
Combine the 2 T sugar and 1/2 t cinnamon. Brush rolls with milk and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake 350º 15-18 minutes or until golden. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
