1 cup up frying chicken ( or thighs and drumsticks)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp curry powder ( or to taste)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix honey, mustard and curry. Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350º for 1 hour
Baste occasionally.
Serve with rice.

Grandma used to raise 100 chickens every year for eating. This was one of the many chicken recipes that she came up with.
