12 skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon Water
1 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat 425 degrees
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir with whisk until thick.
Place aluminum foil on baking pan.
Take skin off chicken thighs. Place sauce on and cook 25 minutes.
Re-apply sauce and cook another 25 minutes.
Re-apply sauce again and put in oven 10 minutes.
