Ingredients:  
1 kg frozen shredded hash browns
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and mushroom soup together. Add salt and pepper. Mix with frozen hash browns and cheddar cheese.
Pour into a 9x12 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with cornflakes ( add more if needed)
Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over top
Bake 1 hour at 350º
