1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 cups milk
1 tsp worchestershire
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 cups cooked rice
6 large cabbage leaves
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well.
Steam cabbage until just limp. Place 1/2 cup meat mixture on each leaf.
Roll leaves and place in casserole dish
Blend together soup and brown sugar.
Pour over cabbage rolls
Bake at 350º F for 1 1/2 hours

Grandmas says this recipe comes from her friend Inas Forester.
Grandma never makes just 6, she says to make at least 4 times the recipe.
Hint for cabbage - core cabbage then put in boiling water until leaves come off.

Cabbage rolls can be frozen in individual containers after they are cooked
