1 box manicotti noodles
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bag meatless crumbles (I used gardein crumbles)
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp creole seasoning or cajun
1 can black beans(drained and rinsed)

Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper (take the seeds out)
3 serano peppers (take the seeds out)
3 small cans chopped green chilies
1 cup water
1 tbsp massel chicken style powder or a chicken style vegan bouillon

Directions:
Prepare the noodles by following box instructions.Rinse them well with cold water and than set aside in a pot of cold water.Fry the crumbles in the oil and than add the spices water and beans,cook about 5 min.Set aside.Make the sauce by sauteing the onions,peppers and garlic in the olive oil until onions are translucent .Let them cool than add them along with remaining ingredients to a high speed blender.Blend till very smooth,set aside.Line the bottom of a casserole dish with a couple of tbsp of the sauce.Stuff the noodles with the crumble bean mixture about 2 tbsp each manicotti noodle.Cover them with remaining sauce.Cover the dish with foil and cook for 35 min at 375 degrees ..
