1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. shredded parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
¾ c. chopped spinach
3 green onions (thinly chopped)
1 (13.5 oz.) artichokes (in water, drained)
red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese with beater or blender until smooth. Add mayo; mix until smooth. Then mix in parmesan and mozzarella cheeses by hand. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes, chopped green onions, artichokes, and chopped spinach. Mix well, then transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes @ 350º F or until golden brown and bubbling.

Serve with French bread, crackers, tortilla chips, etc.
