1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients, set aside. Cream together shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla, mix in peanut butter.
Add dry ingredients mix until blended, roll into 1 inch balls.
Take a fork, dip in flour and smash don criss cross.
Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
