1 1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbl. vanilla
3 cups flour
3 cups oats
Frosting
1 cube margarine
3 Tbl. cocoa
pinch of salt
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix the first 8 ingredients very well. Add 3 cups of flour and 3 cups oatmeal. Spread on a large baking sheet and bake at 325º
for 20-30 minutes, until lightly browned and sinking. Remove from oven, drop mounds of peanut butter on top to soften and spread. Frost when cool.

Frosting
In a sauce pan, melt butter, cocoa, salt, milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat,
Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth
