Vanilla Glaze:
2 . cups . Powdered Sugar . (sifted)
2 . Tbsp . Butter . softened
½ . tsp . Vanilla Extract . pure
¼ . tps . Salt
3 to 4 . Tbsp . Milk

Lemon Glaze:
2 . cups . Powdered Sugar
2 . Tbsp . Lemon Zest
⅓ . cup . Lemon Juice

Directions:
- Vanilla Glaze . Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth. Adjust for spreadable consistency, adding more powdered sugar or milk.

Vanilla Glaze Variables:
- Orange Icing:
Replace the vanilla and milk with orange juice and ½ to 1 teaspoon of finely grated orange zest.
- Lemon Icing:
Replace the milk and vanilla with fresh lemon juice and ½ teaspoon of finely grated lemon zest. Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract, if desired.

Lemon Glaze:
- Prepare the glaze by whisking the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest together until well combined. Spoon or pour onto the top of the cookies or cakes. Allow to sit and dry, glaze will harden.
