1 c flour
1 T sugar
1 c (8 oz) sour cream
1 c (8 oz) cottage cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs & vanilla until blended. Pour by 1/4 cups onto a greased hot griddle. Flip when bubbles start to form on top. Cook until the second side is golden brown. Serve w/maple syrup or fruit toppings.
