Ingredients:  
2 (1 lb) cans corn, drained (or 3 cups fresh or 2 (10 oz) cans frozen)
6 oz can evaporated milk
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
4 oz swiss or cheddar cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter


Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first six ingredients with ¾ cup cheese.
2. Put in 10x6x1½" dish
3. Mix bread crumbs with butter and rest of cheese. Pour over mixture.
4. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
5. Serves 4-6
