12-15 eggs
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 lb. slab of ham. diced
3/4 c. onions, chopped small
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 country french loaves of bread (got mine from Costco)

Preheat oven to 350º
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic salt, salt and pepper together until combined.
In a large frying pan, cook onions and ham for about 5 minutes then add to egg mixture
Stir in both cheeses and mix well
Cut a v-shape cut lengthwise in the top of both loaves of bread.
Remove the inner bread, leaving about 1/2-3/3-inch along the bottom and sides
Fill with ham and egg mixture
Wrap in foil and bake for 45-55 minutes
Remove foil and continue baking until done
Top with additional chjeese and enjoy
