Ingredients:  
3 - 4 lbs chicken pieces
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs neutral oil or canola oil
3 tbs butter
1 large onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
3 tbs Hungarian paprika
3 tbs flour
1 - 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup sour cream
1 lb egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil and butter. Saute onion and garlic. Add all ingredients except for flour and sour cream and simmer for about 20 minutes until cooked. Add flour to thicken and then add sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
