2 cups heavy or whipping cream
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1 cup milk
2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream, sugar and corn syrup in a heavy 4 qt sauce pan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches 234º or soft ball stage. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until temperature reaches 246º or firm ball stage. Remove sauce pan from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan on a wire rack. Cool completely.
Invert mixture from pan onto cutting board. Cut into squares. Wrap each in wax paper. Store in tightly closed container in a cool place.
