1 cup Heinz chili sauce
2 Tbl prepared horseradish
1 tsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve with boiled shrimp.

This is Grandpa Thompson's recipe, the only thing I ever saw him make. He always used the name brand products and it HAD to be a fresh lemon.
