2TBS olive oil
1 # hamburger
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup diced carrots, about 2 medium
1 cup diced celery, about 3 stalks
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 can tomato
24 oz tomato sauce
29 oz chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2 tsp sugar
1 TBS Italian seasoning
Salt/pepper
1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can northern beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup dry ditalini pasta (cooked separately)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion,drain.
Heat oil to sauté carrots & celery about 6 minutes.
Add garlic & sauté garlic 1 minute.
Add broth, tomato sauce, water, tomatoes, sugar, seasonings & hamburger.
Bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes.
Prepare ditalini, al dente.
Add drained & rinsed beans to soup.
Thin with water if desired.
Bring to boil, then turn to low.
Add ditalini to individual bowls, then add Fagioli.
