1 Large sweet onion, finely chopped
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 up sour cream
2 oz. salmon caviar
2 oz. lump fish caviar

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom and sides of 8" spring form pan. Spread chopped onion on paper towel to drain for about 30 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine eggs and mayo. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with drained and chopped onion. Combine cream cheese and sour cream, beating until smooth.
Carefully drop cream cheese and sour cream mixture, by spoonful, onto onion. With a wet table knife spread gently to smooth. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, drain caviar. Spread salmon caviar in center of pie then spread lumpfish around edge. Run a knife around sides of pan to loosen, unfasten sides and lift off. Serve with pumpernickel or crackers.
