4 chicken breasts
1 can (15 ounce) whole peeled tomatoes
1 can (10 ounce) enchilada sauce
1 med chopped onion
1 can (4 ounce) chopped green chiles
2 tbl minced garlic
2 cups water
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp chili powder
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
1 package frozen corn (10 ounce)
1 tbl chopped cilantro
tortilla chips
mild cheddar cheese
avocado (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken breasts. Salt, pepper and garlic powder in the water. Boil breasts 10 - 15 minutes. Check one breast after 10 minutes (cut into it to see if there is any pink.. no pink, its done.. must have NO PINK!)

2. Add all other ingredients in large pot and cook on low while chicken is cooking.

3. Add chicken to soup mixture. Add chicken broth and spices as needed. Cook for 3-4 hours on low.

4. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips, cheese, and avocado.
