1 lb. large scallops
4 tablespoons butter
2 chopped shallots
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee the scallops in 2 tablespoons butter - until browned - about 3 minutes per side. Add additional 2 tablespoons butter, shallots, garlic and parsley - sautée for 2 - 3 minutes, add white wine. Simmer for 2 minutes.
