1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs
4 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbl cream of tartar
1 Tbl vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Beat well. Add eggs and beat again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for a while.

Drop small balls of dough on cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake at 300º for 15 minutes,
