1 ½ pounds of white almond bark, divided
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 drops green or red food color
3 tb1 heavy cream
1 package of peppermints (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt 1 pound bark and chocolate chips in microwave.

2. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Spread half of the mixture on the papar (any shape you want). Put in refrigerator until set.

3. Melt remaining bark. Stir in peppermint extract. Stir in red or green food color and heavy cream.

4. Take the pan of set candy of the refrigerator. Spread mint mixture over it and let sit in fridge to cool.

5. Spread remaining chocolate mixture over the mint mixture. (Warm it up to make it spreadable, if necessary).

6. Top with crushed peppermint candy.

7. Put in refrigerator just until set. Cut of break into pieces.

8.Makes about 1.5 pounds of candy.
