Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lbs. of hamburger meat
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
1 can Rotel
Corn tortillas
Velvetta and sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix browned meat with soup, milk, and Rotel in a large bowl. Using a 13 x 9 pan, spray with Pam so tortillas won't stick. Line with bite size pieces of the tortillas. Then pour half of the meat mixture into the pan, covering the tortillas. I then cut up pieces of velvetta and sharp cheddar cheese on top of this. Then do the tortilla thing again, the meat mixture thing again, and then more cheese. Cover with foil and cook for 35 to 45 minutes on 375º. Then uncover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes. It's Ready..

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Just so you know - I also cut up onions and put them in my meat mixture. I also use almost 1 and 1/2 lbs. of meat and because of that, I add more liquid (milk and rotel). This is also really good to cook and them freeze.
