2 eggs
2 ⅔ cups low fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
3. Place a pan of water in bottom of oven.
4. Pour blender mixture into baking dish and bake 45 minutes.
5. Chill thoroughly. Serve in squares on plate garnished with fresh fruit or frozen berries thickened with arrowroot.
