1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. 10x sugar
5 eggs
3 C. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
10 oz jar maraschino cherries, diced
1 C. pecans, chopped'
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well...add eggs one at a time. Add flour in third's. Fold in cherries, nuts and vanilla. Bake in a large tube pan at 350º for 1 hour and 15 mintues and test for doneness.
