Ingredients:  
1 lb lean beef- cut into strips across the grain (Skirt or flank steak)
2 t cornstarch
4 medium green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced
¼ t accent (msg)- can be omitted
4T soy sauce
⅛ t pepper
6 T canola oil
1 t salt

Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and 2 T soy sauce, corn starch and black pepper. Fry peppers and onions in 3T oil. Remove from pan. Add remaining 3 T oil to pan and add beef, saute until no longer red. Add cooked vegetables, salt , msg and remaining soy sauce.
Serve with cooked rice
