4 extra large potatoes
½ cup butter
⅔ cup flour
1 cup grated cheese
6 cups milk
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
8 oz sour cream
chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potato and let cool
Melt butter in a large pot then stir in flour
Gradually add milk stirring continually until thick and bubbly
reduce heat to medium
Scoop out insides of the potatoes with a spoon and add to the milk mixture
Add salt, pepper, green onions and bacon, cheese and sour cream
Cook on medium until cheese is melted
