4½ oz butter
6 oz treacle
3 oz castor sugar
1½ oz cocoa
10 oz rich tea biscuits

Directions:

Slowly heat the butter, treacle and cocoa together until evenly blended
remove from heat
add sugar and crushed biscuits
mix well
place in a buttered square glass dish, push down
top with dairy milk chocolate

place inn the fridge

Originally called no bake chocolate cake. Served with fresh cream and cadburys flake on top. Recipe came from the milkman on his daily deliveries when I was about 8 years old.
