1 package dry yeast
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1½ cup warm water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
3½ cups AP flour
2 tbsp total of any combination of dried rosemary, Parmesan cheese, sea salt or dried oregano.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in salt and oil.
Add 2½ cups of flour and mix until all flour is absorbed.
Flour a surface and turn dough out onto the surface.
Knead in the last cup of flour until dough is smooth.
Place the ball of dough into a greased, large bowl.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for one hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Turn dough out onto a greased baking sheet.
Make indentations with your finger on the surface of the dough.
Rub a bit of olive oil on the top of the dough and sprinkle the top with the spices and cheese you have prepared.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
