4 (4 ounce) beef tenderloin fillets, cut about 2 inches thick
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp chipotle rub
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brush steaks with oil. Sprinkle with rub and press into meat. Grill steaks, covered 4 minutes or until grill marks appear. Turn and rill 4-6 more minutes or until thermometer reaches 140º for medium-rare or 155º for medium doneness.
Transfer steaks from grill to serving platter; tent with foil and let stand 10 minutes (temp. will rise about 5º).
For sauce, combine sour cream and green onion in small bowl.
Serve steaks with sauce.
