1 pound 93% lean ground beef
6 ounce package stuffing mix
2 cups diced zucchini
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup French fried onions
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cook beef; drain.
Put stuffing (with seasoning packet) and soup in a bowl. Add zucchini, ground beef, and milk. Stir well.
Pour into greased cassserole dish (can be frozen at this point, thaw completely before cooking).
Top with cheese and French fried onions.
Bake for 30 minutes.
