1 (14-ounce) bag cornbread stuffing mix
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine stuffing mix, celery, onion, and poultry seasoning in a large bowl. Stir in the broth, 1 cup at a time, until mixture is well moistened. Let stand 10 minutes.
Place the stuffing in the dish and sprinkle with the 1/4 cup water.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
