2 slices bacon
1/4 cup chopped onion
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups frozen peas
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp.
Remove bacon from pan; crumble and set aside.
Add onion and mushrooms to drippings in pan. Sauté 4 minutes or until tender. Add peas to pan; cook 2 minutes or until hot. Stir in cream, salt, pepper, and bacon. Cook 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
