1 1/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
10 ounces spinach
16 ounces bowtie pasta
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Put in crock-pot and add sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook 6-7 hours on LOW.
When there are 30 minutes of cooking time left, turn crock-pot up to HIGH and add the spinach, pasta, parmesan and 1 cup of the mozzarella. Stir to combine, then top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
