1 (18 ounce) jar creamy Jif peanut butter
1⁄2 cup butter, softened
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 T vanilla
12 oz Merckens milk chocolate melting wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Cream peanut butter and butter.Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.Form into 1 inch balls and refrigerate. Melt chocolate wafers in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate with a toothpick about 3/4 of the way covered. Place chocolate side down on waxed paper. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate. These can also be frozen. Makes about 80 buckeyes.

Note: You can drizzle the top with chocolate or smooth over peanut butter where the hole is.
