Vinaigrette:
1/3 c balsamic dressing
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 c olive oil

Salad:
16 oz orzo pasta
8 c chicken broth
(2) 10 oz pkg grape tomatoes, halved
4 tbsp chopped, fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 c feta cheese, crumbled
3/4 c pine nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1) Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium/high heat, tossing often until golden brown
2) For the dressing, whisk together the balsamic, lemon juice, honey and oil. Season to taste with a little bit of salt and peppers. Set to side
3) Cook the orzo in the chicken broth according to package directions until tender. Drain well, but do not rinse. Let the pasta cool to room temperature, tossing often so it doesn't stick (if it starts to get overly sticky, stir in 1-2 tbsp of the dressing.)
4) Toss the cooled pasta with tomatoes and basil.
5) Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and stir to coat all ingredients, season with salt and pepper if needed.
6) Sprinkle the feta and pine nuts over the top and toss lightly. Serve at room temperature.
