2 T. Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves garlic- crushed
12-16 oz Jar of Roasted Red Peppers
1 C. Heavy Cream
1/4 C. Pesto
1 1/2 C. Chicken Broth
Fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put olive oil in frying pan and sauté with crushed garlic. Heat until lightly brown but don't burn. Drain jar of Roasted Red Peppers and put in sauté pan with Garlic for 5 minutes.

Take red pepper and garlic mix and put in a good processor until a puree.

Pour roasted red pepper and garlic purée back into frying pan on low bear and add heavy cream. Let thicken for a few minutes and then add chicken broth pesto and cook for 5 minutes or so. Add a couple squirts of fresh lemon juice for added flavor

This sauce is a great base for any pasta dish.
