1/2 bushel tomatoes
10 toes garlic
2 T. Pepper
1/2 T. Sweet basil
1 C. Sugar
1 bunch Celery
1 bunch Parsley
1 C. Oil
4 lg Green Peppers
12 small ( or 4 lg) cans Tomato Paste
6 lg onions
6 T. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash tomatoes, peppers, celery, parsley and basil. Peel onions. Cut in 1/2 or 1/4's and out all in blender. When all blended add spices - salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and oil. Cook about 5 hours low and slow. Add sugar cook another hour or two.

Can. Should get 14-16 quarts of yumolicious spaghetti sauce.
