2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/4 C. Real Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 C. Sour Cream
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 C. Half and Half
1 tsp Worestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2-3 tsp Cracked Peppercorns
1/3 C. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
